En Décembre, 2012 (06:12 AM)What the country needs that is so urgent is to go back to teaching discipline to its citizens. That is a huge undertaking but rewarding if achieved.
A nation, particulary labelled under developped, to move forward, political leaders, the civil society, members of the justice system, financiers, the education and business communities, the youth, men and women ought to be invited to a national agora to discuss the country future and definition of each actor's responsabilities and service to the nation and also individual participation in the nation rebuilding aspirations. Senegal needs discipline. However, there will not be a sustain developement of a modern nation when citizens just don't understand what is expected from them and how to achieve it. The adoption of rules and regulations are keys elements to building a solid foundation to get start a nation building. Again, that prompt investment in education and research, cooperation and accountability to educate and prepare citizens to work as a whole to reach prosperity and happiness as every human on earth wishes.
As far as Wade and Co, all people want is accountability. When you manage or have managed assets, whether financial or of a different aspect like for example LAND MANAGEMENT, BUILDINGS, PROCUREMENTS, GOVERNEMENT PROPERTY, FOREIGN AIDS, NATIONAL PUBLIC SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OR ADMINISTER THE LAW, the Wade and Co should at least expect audits to be conducted in order to balance the budgets YOU'VE HANDLED and close the books on years of their administration's business dealings. These audits, they are demanded by the senegalese people thru last presidential election. If YOU were pandering to have something...like money "a gogo" sometimes in the past while working in the Wade administration and, or affiliated to that administration somehow, that you can trace and prove origines of what YOU said you have "a gogo", you should not worry to letting the justice system do its job to finish auditing and file report!!!!?.
At the end, it comes down to what makes sense or not. And audits do make sense. So chill folks...take it easy.
I am just saying. tbs
