Teungueth FC (TFC) president Babacar Ndiaye has been elected president of the Pro League. He replaces his counterpart from Niary Tally, Djibril Wade. While awaiting the handover from his predecessor, the new head of professional football made two major announcements.
The first: he will appoint a general director, who will be in charge of the league on a permanent basis. "We will call for candidates," he assured, in comments reported by Record. He promises that "if the league is unable to pay him, I will do it out of my own pocket. I want to honor my commitments."
One thing is certain: this person will not be a member of President Ndiaye's club. "There will be no member of the TFC staff joining the Pro League. I insist on that in all transparency," swears the boss of the Rufisque club.
The second major announcement: an assessment of the management of the Pro League over the past four years. This will cover "functional" and "structural" aspects, "contracts," "personnel," as well as "financial inflows and outflows," emphasizes Babacar Ndiaye. "It's not an audit in the true sense of the word, but an assessment," specifies the president of the Pro League.
While waiting to review his predecessor's management, the TFC president noted that "there are approximately 120 million CFA francs in sponsor debts that have not been honored to date. We will have to recover this and also bring our personal touch," Ndiaye pledged.

Il ne faut pas jamais mélanger la poche pro et la poche perso. Même pour si c'est pour arranger la société...
C'est quelqu'un a encourager. Il a un tres bon plan pour le developpement de ce club et du sport en general. Tout le monde doit l'accompagner. Il a de vraies ambitions.

Ou on a vit une structure ou le dg paie de sa propre poché son employé pour pouvoir le condictionne après oui c est ça l Afrique ou il prends l argent c est sa propre société qui va le paie avec tous ces droits sécurité sociale et autres. Comment différents la fédération et cette antitétanique qui va paie le directeur

Déjà deux anomalies. Primo, s'il lance un appel à candidature, ceux qui ont le profil, d’où qu’ils viennent, doivent pouvoir se présenter. Et que le meilleur gagne. Secondo, si la ligue n’a pas de moyens pour payer un DG, qu’elle n’en recrute pas, sinon que le Président NDIAYE fasse un fonds de concours à la ligue qui paye son DG.
"Faire un état des lieux, non un audit". M. Ndiaye, vous donnez l'impression de commencer votre magistère avec de la langue de bois. Sinon, dites-nous la différence.
Il doit mettre le maillot et s'entraîner. Il faut être actif quand on dirige un club de soprt.
Payer de sa poche ce n'est pas normal ...pas un membre de ton club d'origine dans la ligue pro ça sent la trahison et le sciage de la branche qui vous a nourrit
