À 26 ans, un jeune Sénégalais signe un partenariat historique avec le Fonds d’Investissement Saoudien
At the Invest in Senegal (FII) Senegal 2025 Forum at CICAD, a major turning point occurred for young entrepreneur Mouhamadou Lamine Seck, CEO of GLS Transport. In the presence of the Saudi Arabian Minister of Investment and the CEO of APIX, he signed a strategic partnership worth several million Saudi riyals with the Saudi Investment Fund (PIF).
At just 26 years old, this young entrepreneur embodies the new generation of African entrepreneurs determined to put Senegal on the global trade and logistics map. Through this agreement, GLS Transport will handle the import, transit, customs clearance, and transportation of equipment and materials related to a vast real estate project that the PIF is preparing to launch in Senegal.
"My goal is to inspire young people and show that with vision, rigor, and hard work, anything is possible. This partnership marks the beginning of a new era for GLS Transport and for the African freight forwarding sector," said Mouhamadou Lamine Seck.
Based in Dakar, GLS Transport has quickly established itself as one of the most dynamic freight forwarding and logistics companies in the country, offering fast, reliable and competitive services in maritime transport, customs clearance and international logistics.
With this new Saudi collaboration, GLS Transport is taking a decisive step towards its ambition: to become a key player in transit and logistics on the African continent.

Jeune ou pas jeune, l essentiel est d exister, d avancer, et de reussir dans son secteur.
La jeunesse est un atout et aussi un handicap, il faut faire tres attention dans ce milieu ou transit des centaines de millions a repartir entre differents acteurs dont le Tresor public. Beaucoup de transitaires y ont laisse des plumes.
