Habitat durable et inclusif : Sablux Immobilier signe un partenariat avec la Coopérative d'Habitat des Nations Unies
The Sablux Group, through its subsidiary Sablux Immobilier, has formalized the signing of a framework partnership agreement with the United Nations Housing Cooperative (SCCHNUS). This collaboration also involved the UN coordination team in Senegal and the United Nations Staff Association of Senegal.
This strategic agreement aims to facilitate access to modern, sustainable and quality housing for members of the Cooperative.
Sablux will make its entire real estate portfolio available under preferential conditions. Members will benefit from comprehensive and personalized support, from subscription to delivery, within a transparent framework.
The agreement contributes to the promotion of sustainable and responsible housing, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
During the ceremony, which was held in La Playa, Dakar, Mr. Marc Ndiaye, Managing Director of Sablux Immobilier, declared: "This agreement illustrates the convergence between our requirement for quality and the vision of the United Nations Housing Cooperative: to offer each member an integrated and harmonious living environment."
Founded in 2009, the Sablux Group is an integrated real estate player in West Africa, with a presence in Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso. Sablux is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified.
The signing was welcomed by Mr. Aboubakry Wane, Chairman of the Technical Commission, and Ms. Ndieunde Gueye, President of the Housing Cooperative, as a safe solution for access to sustainable and inclusive housing programs.
