Coups et blessures : la victime exhibe son soutien gorge maculé de sang devant le juge
A fight between two domestic workers, K. Diouf and K. Senghor, led to the former being tried for assault and battery. Diouf was sentenced to one month in prison and ordered to pay 300,000 CFA francs in damages to her colleague.
The incident dates back to June 28. During the altercation, Diouf slashed Senghor on the cheek, ear, and foot with a broken bottle, causing deep wounds requiring stitches.
According to Les Échos, which attended the hearing, the victim displayed her blood-stained top and bra to demonstrate the violence of the attack, which embarrassed the judge, who asked her to "put them away." In tears, Senghor explained that the attack forced her to lose her job, her savings, and to live on the streets: "After the events, my health was no longer what it had been. I couldn't do anything. I spent my savings on treatment. My small business went into decline, and I was even evicted from my room. She [the accused] is the one who started all this."
For her part, Diouf expressed regret, stating that her rival had also injured her. The prosecutor acknowledged the seriousness of the facts but emphasized that the defendant had changed her ways, requesting a three-month suspended prison sentence. Despite her indictment, the court found the defendant guilty and ultimately handed down a firm sentence.

Mame Mbaye Niang lui devrait toucher 200 000 000 CFA pour une supposé diffamation, et ils veulent nous faire croire que justice est la même pour tout le monde.
