Homosexuel arrêté à Jaxay : la liste des victimes s'allonge
The investigation into the actions of E. Abotxy, a Ghanaian national arrested in Unit 15 of Jaxaay, has taken a horrifying turn. Initially detained for assaulting five minors, the suspect is now facing a wave of new complaints registered by the Criminal Investigation Unit, bringing the provisional toll to 13 victims, following seven new reports.
"We are approaching the number of victims, which is around twenty," reports L'Observateur, citing a source close to the investigation. The source speaking to the newspaper, part of the Groupe Futurs Médias group, added that "other parents, stunned, are beginning to come forward."
According to the modus operandi, the suspect used a PlayStation console and a television as bait to lure children into his room, under the pretext of teaching them how to play. Once the assaults were committed, he systematically bought their silence with money, candy, or chips—a large quantity of sweets was seized during the search. Ultimately, it was the courageous testimony of young M. Sy, only 7 years old, that broke the code of silence, after he narrowly escaped an attack.
According to Seneweb, the evidence gathered by the Jaxaay police station is overwhelming. Analysis of the suspect's laptop revealed 120 incriminating videos, 36 of which directly showed him with children. This digital evidence is corroborated by medical findings from the Keur Massar health center, which confirmed anal injuries in the majority of the first victims examined.
The suspect's custody has been extended for the purposes of the investigation.
