As part of the optimization of its real estate assets, a leading financial institution is offering for sale, through Amandla Capital Real Estate (ACRE) , a real estate asset (the “ Asset ”) located on Rue Carnot, in Plateau, the central business district of Dakar.

1. REAL ESTATE CONSULTING

Amandla Capital Real Estate - Place de l'Indépendance, Immeuble Aliou Ardo Sow, 5th floor, Dakar.

2. OBJECT

The asset in question is a two-story building (ground floor + 1), located on Rue Carnot in Plateau (Dakar), situated on a plot of land with a cadastral area of 202 m², and developing a total rental area of approximately 380 m², spread over two levels.

3. PROCEDURE

The transfer procedure takes place in three successive phases:

Phase 1 - Expression of interest and site visit

Interested investors are requested to contact ACRE to express their interest and register for a site visit at the following address:

Phase 2 - Submission of applications

At the end of the visit, an expression of interest form will be given to interested investors. Investors unable to attend the visits can request the form by email.

This form must be completed and returned to ACRE no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM .

Phase 3 - Selection Process

A restricted tender phase will be organised for the successful applications.

The detailed arrangements for this phase will be communicated to them individually.
