A rapidly expanding press group is recruiting B2B Sales Representatives (M/F) to strengthen its sales force.

Desired profile

Education: Minimum of two years of post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in media, advertising or digital services

Your tasks

. Prospecting and developing a client portfolio (advertisers, communication agencies, companies)

Develop and present personalized advertising offers (print media, digital, events)

Negotiating and concluding advertising contracts

Ensure sales follow-up and customer loyalty.

Manage debt collection in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Achieve and exceed the set revenue targets.

Skills and qualities required

Technical skills:

Excellent command of sales and commercial negotiation techniques

Good knowledge of the Senegalese advertising market (print and digital)

Proficiency in office software and CRM

Ability to develop compelling sales arguments

Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising (an asset)

Personal qualities:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Results-oriented and competitive spirit

Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to work under pressure

Good knowledge of the economic landscape and businesses in Senegal

Driver's license (preferred)
