A year ago, the SIGGIL SA REW Pact was born. Not as just another party, but as a collective demand, that of restoring political commitment to its original nobility, which consists of serving the Nation with dignity, truth, and responsibility.

This first anniversary is not a routine celebration. It is a milestone, a moment of clarity and assessment. A fruitful pause where we measure the path traveled, the challenges faced, and the promises we still have to keep.

A movement rooted in action

From its very beginnings, the Pact chose the demanding path of construction. This path allowed for internal structuring, intelligent massing, territorial meetings, and activist training, all of which are foundations laid with method and patience. We preferred rootedness to agitation, consistency to haste. Because a movement without local roots is only a fleeting echo in the tumult of the world.

The national seminar of February 2025 marked a decisive step in linking the national to the local, embodying our values in concrete policies, and training managers capable of assuming the responsibilities of the Republic tomorrow.

A clear position: loyal in support, firm in principles

The SIGGIL SA REW Pact Party fully assumes its choice of a useful, loyal, and demanding political commitment. We unreservedly support the new authorities, convinced that national recovery requires cohesion, responsibility, and overcoming divisions. But our loyalty is neither blind nor silent.

It is accompanied by a constant demand for healthy, rigorous, and optimized governance. We believe that every public dollar must be traced, every decision justified, and every responsibility assumed. This is why, since February 2025, we have been promoting the requirement for the traceability of public funds and accountability as the foundation of a mature and responsible democracy.

Our stance is clear, constructive in dialogue, but uncompromising on principles. We do not compromise on transparency, integrity, or the public interest. Because to support is to contribute, propose, defend, monitor, and alert when necessary.

Concrete actions in the service of the people

On the ground, our commitment is tangible. During the 2024 legislative elections, we overwhelmingly campaigned with the winning PASTEF coalition. In addition, our social initiatives, our civic and activist actions of active solidarity, our media presence, and our listening to communities have strengthened us.

Each of our gestures and actions reflected a simple and powerful conviction. We understood that politics only makes sense if it improves people's lives.

Massify, yes. But massify in truth, proximity, and consistency. Because only consistency gives weight to political discourse.

The challenges ahead

One year later, the challenges are clear and demanding:

- Transform our structure into a capacity for national initiative;

- Produce technical, credible and useful proposals;

- Maintain the balance between popular roots and militant demands;

- Train executives in public management and local governance;

- And above all, maintain the moral course which makes us a solid and serious support for Senegal and for the new authorities.

Our priorities are simple and ambitious: to make politics understandable, governance transparent, and public action useful.

A year of foundation, a decade of hope

To the Senegalese people, I want to say that the SIGGIL SA REW Pact Party is not a parenthesis in the political turmoil. It is a compass for the future. We do not promise miracles; we promise valuable contributions, discipline, and unwavering loyalty to our values.

To our activists in all the communes and villages of Senegal, I ask them to continue to believe, to build, and to monitor. A responsible party is measured by its transparency, the strength of its ideas, and the consistency of its commitment.

We have one year. Let us make each year a further step towards national dignity.

Senegal deserves strong institutions, unwavering transparency, and a policy that serves the dignity of all. This is our PACT. This is our reason for being.
