Coopération économique : le Président Diomaye Faye reçoit l’association japonaise Kaiza Doyukai
On an official visit to Japan, the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, received in audience the Japanese economic association Kaiza Doyukai.
The discussions focused on several strategic areas, including the $5 million investment fund already committed to Africa, which the organization plans to increase to $100 million, in partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB).
Kaiza Doyukai, a key player in the trade component of the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD), also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the Business Forum and building a strategic alliance to strengthen and operationalize the partnership between Japan and Senegal.
The Head of State welcomed this cooperation, stressing that "when we establish a partnership with Senegal, it is with all of Africa that we build a relationship for the future."
The Japanese business association Kaiza Doyukai was founded in 2009 and brings together more than 1,700 CEOs and 1,000 companies.
