Mort de Cheikh Touré : La police ghanéenne brise le silence
The Ghanaian police issued a statement on October 20, 2025, announcing the opening of an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Cheikh Touré, a 20-year-old Senegalese national. The victim's body was deposited at the Ebenezer Mortuary in Tafo, Kumasi.
The Ashanti Regional Criminal Investigation Department has released initial findings of the investigation.
According to initial information obtained by the police, an individual named Issah, who introduced himself as the brother of the deceased, has been identified.
Investigations reveal that this same Issah brought Cheikh Touré to the Manhyia public hospital on October 16. The young man was then "in critical condition, with several abdominal injuries," with Issah alleging that "the victim had been involved in an accident."
However, police say hospital records indicate the victim was already dead upon arrival ("the victim was brought in dead"). It was also Issah who then transported the body to the Ebenezer morgue.
The Police Command assured in its press release that "every effort is being made to conduct a thorough investigation into the case and clarify the circumstances surrounding Mr. Touré's death."

car si les parents etaient assez intelligents.. et puis cheikh toure a 20 ans il avait deja abandonne ses etudes pour suivre le foot.. cest la difference dans les pays riches.. tant que amoulo high school diploma, do bok dans aucune equipe. tous les grands joueurs que vous voyez tous ont des diplomes universitaires..
sa mere aurait du au moins implique des gens soit demander des renseignements, mais elle est partie demander aux parents de bamba.. quelle ignorance..
motakh ndianga bakh, car quand on est eduque , on connait ses droits.. si cheikh etait instruit il allait reflechir et dire, je ne vais pas bouger tant que je nai pas un contrat , un document palpable.. mais non il sest embarque vers sa mort, nakh khamoul diangoul, il est un ignorant.. toutes ces familles pensent que leur fils allait etre milliardaire comme sadio mane ou autre.. alors ils se sont debrouilles dans leur pauvrete d'envoyer des sommes exhorbitantes pensant que chaque montant envoye se transformerait en milliards dans 1 ou 3 ans.. voila.. cest ca quon appele IGNORANCE
