Paris : Moustapha Njekk Sarré mobilise la diaspora pour la Vision Sénégal 2050
Moustapha Njekk Sarré, Senegalese Minister of Vocational Training and government spokesperson, met this Thursday in a restaurant in the 6th arrondissement with members of the Senegalese diaspora, including representatives of PASTEF, MONCAP France, and civil society. Organized by Pan-Africanist artist Neega Mass, this strategic meeting highlighted the key role of vocational training in Vision Senegal 2050.
The minister outlined the government's ambitions: to direct 30% of young graduates into vocational courses by 2029, train 700,000 technicians over five years, and reach 5 million young people trained by 2050. Among the projects underway, he cited the construction of technical high schools, the deployment of mobile centers in rural areas, the adaptation of training for daaras, and gateways to higher education inspired by the Swiss model.
The diaspora has proposed innovative initiatives, such as private training centers in construction, energy, and digital technology, a project management platform, the adaptation of École 42, a hospitality professions forum, and prisoner reintegration programs. Recommendations include a diaspora-ministry advisory council, the integration of digital technology and AI into curricula, and strengthened public-private partnerships.
Moustapha Njekk Sarré promised to examine each proposal, welcoming the diaspora's commitment. Neega Mass emphasized that "the diaspora is an essential force" for the success of Vision Senegal 2050, reaffirming its role as a catalyst between talent and institutions.

Pastef a un probleme de communication parce que Sarre ne fait pas le poids. Dame Mbodji n'est pas de pastef mais frait un meilleur porte parole du project qu'il epouse a 1000 pourcent. Il parle clairement Woloff, francais, Anglais et Espagnol.
