JEAN FRANÇOIS HUERTAS, DIRECTEUR ADJOINT DU GROUPE QNET : « QNET est une opportunité mondiale pour l’entrepreneuriat, en particulier pour les Africains »
The Seneweb editorial team had the honor of welcoming Jean-François Huertas, Deputy CEO of the QNET Group. During this exclusive interview, he discussed the history, activities, and challenges of this multinational direct selling company, while also sharing a message with young Africans.
QNET, a growing global company
Founded and registered in Hong Kong, QNET has established itself as one of the leading direct selling companies. "We are present in nearly 100 countries with more than 34 offices around the world," explained Jean-François Huertas. While the company initially built its success in Asia, it has gradually expanded into Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Its model is based on a network of independent distributors who market a wide range of products. "We offer dietary supplements, beauty products, home comfort items, and even luxury goods," explains the deputy general manager.
Lack of awareness, QNET's main challenge
While QNET is now an internationally recognized company, it is not immune to the challenges faced by the sector. "The main problem is the lack of awareness of the direct sales system. In some countries, this distribution method remains poorly understood, which sometimes leads to misinterpretations," emphasizes Jean-François Huertas.
The company also faces abuses: some people use its name for misleading purposes, damaging its image. "We are taking firm action, including legal action, to protect our brand," he adds.
Education, the key to transparency
To address these misunderstandings, QNET relies on education. “We work with local authorities, associations, and regulatory bodies to raise awareness of our business, explain our model, and demonstrate our value proposition,” explains Huertas.
A message for African youth
During this interview, Jean-François Huertas addressed a special message to young people in French-speaking countries: "Get your information right. It's a serious and recognized activity. Free enterprise is a great opportunity to fight unemployment and build your future. But it requires rigor, research, and discipline."
He encourages young people to seize the opportunities offered by QNET to develop their entrepreneurial spirit and create their own sources of income.
Towards a promising future in Africa
Present in several French-speaking countries, QNET intends to intensify its efforts in the sub-region. "We hope to achieve great things and contribute to the development of local entrepreneurship," concludes Jean-François Huertas.

With its direct sales model, the company intends to continue its expansion in Africa while strengthening trust and transparency around its business.

Il y a d'autre part au Sénégal un système d'arnaque par des malfrats se réclamant de QNet alors qu'ils n'ont aucun lien.
Le babtou comme ses semblables se fiche des africains.
