Saly : Trois hommes déférés pour séquestration et viol collectif sur une femme en situation de handicap
In Saly Portudal, three individuals were brought before the prosecutor in Mbour on charges of criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, and gang rape. The case involves a woman with a mental disability who has been missing for three days, after leaving her family home on November 10, 2025.
According to her sister-in-law's statement, the victim claimed she was taken to several houses in Saly Cristal, where she was allegedly sexually abused by multiple men. The medical certificate indicates old hymenal tears.
During her interview at the police station, the victim identified one of her attackers, who was in custody, leading to the arrest of two other alleged accomplices. All three admitted to having had sexual relations with her, while denying any knowledge of her disability.
At the end of the investigation, they were presented to the public prosecutor on November 24, 2025.
