Face au juge : la prévenue avoue avoir consommé de l’ecstasy pour « soulager » son chagrin
Arrested in possession of ecstasy in an apartment in Cité Mixta, S. Kh. Fall, 25, was sentenced to 15 days in prison by the Dakar flagrante delicto court.
According to L'Observateur, the defendant explained that she used the drug to "ease" her grief after the death of her father.
His alleged supplier, delivery man B. Ngom, also 25, was sentenced to six months in prison, reports the daily newspaper of the Future Media Group, which attended the hearing.
Although he denied selling her the drugs, the investigation revealed a transfer of 3,000 CFA francs made by the customer. Initially prosecuted for supplying or transferring drugs, the delivery man was ultimately tried for reclassified charges, the same source added.
