Italie : Poignardé à mort il y a un an, le jeune Fallou Sall obtient justice, son père en colère parce que…
On September 4, 2024, Fallou Sall, a 16-year-old Italian-Senegalese boy, died in a street in Boulogne, stabbed by a teenager of his own age during a fight. He had the misfortune of intervening between one of his friends and the boy who would become his murderer.
More than a year after the events, the juvenile court in Boulogne sentenced the perpetrator to 11 years and 6 months in prison. Judge Gabriella Tomai did not follow the prosecutor's recommendation of a 21-year sentence.
"It's a disgrace."
For Fallou's father, the sentence handed down to his son's murderer is too lenient. "Know that in Italy, the sentence for murder is now eleven years; it's a disgrace," he declared after the verdict was announced.
It goes without saying that Fallou had no personal problems with his murderer.
The latter was actually angry with his friend who was harassing and intimidating him. Fallou intervened in the fight to defend his friend in trouble, and he unfortunately paid for it with his life.
