Le rappeur américain P. Diddy condamné à plus de quatre ans de prison

Hip-hop mogul P. Diddy was sentenced Friday to four years and two months in prison by a New York court for transporting people for the purpose of prostitution.

Before the verdict was handed down, the star once again apologized for his actions. The day before, in a letter to the judge, he had said he was "broken" by what he had done, after having "lost himself in drugs and excess."

In July, after two months of debate, jurors dismissed the most serious charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy against Sean Combs, his real name, sparing him a life sentence.
