Trump va rencontrer vendredi Mamdani, maire élu de New York

Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that he would receive the mayor-elect of New York, Zohran Mamdani, from the left wing of the Democratic Party and a fierce opponent of the Republican president, at the White House on Friday.

The future mayor of the largest city in the United States had said he was ready, as soon as he was elected in early November, to talk with Donald Trump about "the cost of living", a key concern for Americans.

"The communist mayor of New York, Zohran Kwame Mamdani, requested a meeting. We decided that this meeting will take place in the Oval Office on Friday, November 21," the US president wrote.

Kwame is Zohran Mamdani's middle name, a tribute to the great figure of the struggle for independence in Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah.

"As is customary for a new municipal administration, the mayor-elect plans to meet with the president in Washington to discuss public safety, economic security and the program for financial accessibility," confirmed Dora Perek, spokeswoman for Mr. Mamdani.

Zohran Mamdani, the first New York mayoral candidate to surpass one million votes since 1969, campaigned on promises of affordable housing and childcare services.

He presents himself as a figure of resistance against the president and has widely criticized Donald Trump throughout his campaign, accusing him of "fascism".

For his part, Donald Trump told Americans that they were now faced with a "choice between communism and common sense".

The president had even threatened to reduce federal funding allocated to New York City if Mr. Mamdani were elected.

Oh! Monsieur "Va-t-en-guerre" a besoin de Trump.
Mamdani a déjà renié beaucoup de ses promesses electorales: bus gratuits, travailleurs sociaux au lieu de la police pour les urgences, etc...
Les africains de New York vont bientôt se rendre compte qu'ils étaient les "dindons de la farce".

L'Amérique s'emmerde avec Trump et le Sénégal s'emmerde avec sonko et diomay ( les gens ont tendance à privilégier diomay, ce que rien ne justifie, car on ne voulait pas de sonko certes mais faut dire que pastechiens ne voulaient pas de diomay) . Et en France ils s'emmerdent avec la pédale de l'Elysee.
