Une intoxication tue trois touristes en Turquie, un hôtel évacué

A hotel in the historic center of Istanbul (Turkey) was evacuated on Saturday, November 15, 2025, after the death of three members of a Turkish-German tourist family, following probable poisoning due to pesticide spraying, according to local media.
They were hospitalized, but the two children, aged 3 and 6, died on Thursday and the mother on Friday, according to the Ministry of Justice. The father was in critical condition Friday evening, according to a message on X from Istanbul's regional health chief, Abdullah Emre Guner.
Various media outlets have examined the food the family reportedly ate, suspecting food poisoning. The restaurant where the family dined has even been sealed off.
