Affaire Cheikh Mbengue : plus de 830 faux actes de naissance révélés, la filière cernée
Former Senegalese international Cheikh Sidy Bouya Mbengue, president of United Academy, was arrested and brought before the prosecutor in a case involving the trafficking of forged civil status documents. He and three other accomplices involved in football (player Moussa Mbaye and coach Issa, known as Bakary Diallo, of the "Ravin" club in Guédiawaye, as well as Thierno Ndiaye, a student at his academy) are being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy and forgery, according to Libération.
The same source adds that the investigation, launched by the Directorate of File Automation (DAF), uncovered nearly 831 suspicious applications for identity cards. These applications were based on forged birth certificates attributed to Marsassoum (Sédhiou), while the beneficiaries were actually born in other regions of Senegal or were of foreign nationalities (Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Gambia).
According to statements reported by the newspaper, coach Diallo confessed to obtaining a "false extract" for Mbaye through remote contacts (WhatsApp, Wave payments) to facilitate the recruitment or transfer of young players. Cheikh Mbengue, for his part, partially admitted to the facts, acknowledging that he had put his associates in contact with a supplier of forged documents, while denying having paid.
The four suspects were released pending further investigation. A judicial inquiry is expected to be opened to delve deeper into this case, which has uncovered a vast mafia specializing in falsified civil status documents, Libération concludes.

Pour une fois, on est un peu d'accord. Je partage ta deception et tes souhaits pour ce gars. Mais l'Afrique progresse. Il faut voyager pour s'en rendre compte. On progresse et parfois à un rythme impressionnant. Le Maroc, n'en parlons meme pas. Ce pays connaît une dynamique remarquable, et plusieurs autres pays d’Afrique subsaharienne, donc noirs, avancent réellement. D’ici 10 à 12 ans, dans les régions où la stabilité politique et la bonne gouvernance sont etablies, les progrès seront clairement visibles. Il y a reellement des pas de geants qui sont faits. Les mouvements migratoires evolueront également : de plus en plus d’Africains choisiront de rester sur leur continent, et à plus long terme, peut-être d’ici 20/25 ans, certaines zones attractives pourraient meme attirer davantage de talents et d’immigrés occidentaux.
Quelqu'un l'a dit plus haut,le budget du Sénégal prend en charge trop d'étrangers :école, université, hôpitaux...etc.
Quand l'Ands ose affirmer que seuls 200.000 Guinéens vivent au Sénégal, il y'a de quoi supprimer cette structure. Seulement entre la Médina,le Plateau et Fass, il y'a plus 200.000 Guinéens .
Il faut a mon avis,reprendre le registre d'état civil,confectionner de nouvelles C.N.I avec noms de père et père (oui,car cette option délibérément supprimée des cartes d'identité sous Macky Sall,laisse un large boulevard pour la fraude)...
Comment est-ce possible que Mbengue ait joué avec une fausse date de naissance ? Il est né en France.

le fait de vouloir de l argent pour faire face aux besoins primaires c est a dire manger se loger et se soigner font que toutes ces dérives malhonnetes persistent de plus en plus dans notre cher senegal
