Affaire Didier Badji et Fulbert Sambou : séquestration, viol, assassinat, une femme relance le dossier et enfonce Jérôme Bandiaky
Jérôme Bandiaky has been referred to the Dakar criminal court for illegal possession of weapons and ammunition without authorization, obtaining undue advantages, and defrauding the authorities. But the man nicknamed "Sniper," currently in pretrial detention, will have to answer for more serious charges.
Libération reports that he has once again been charged and remanded in custody for kidnapping and murder, as well as rape and death threats. The newspaper indicates that the judge of the third chamber, who issued these charges, based them on a supplementary indictment from the prosecutor's office concerning the disappearance in 2022, under unclear circumstances, of Chief Warrant Officer Didier Badji and Sergeant Fulbert Sambou.
His body was later found at sea, but the circumstances of his death remain unclear. Badji, meanwhile, is still missing.
The case was revived by a crucial testimony, according to Libération. "A woman, who was interviewed by the Research Section as part of the judicial delegation [related to this case], provided valuable information to the gendarmes," the newspaper reports.
The newspaper reveals that one of Jérôme Bandiaky's lawyers, Me Djiby Diallo, expressed his surprise: "He [his client] has never been questioned about this case, neither by the police nor by the gendarmerie."

La devise de l’armée est « on nous tue mais on ne nous déshonore pas » mais là vraisemblablement on a assassiné 2 des leurs et ils n’ont pas bougé le petit doigt pour traquer les assassins, ce qui est une preuve que ces actes lâches ont été commandités depuis le sommet de la hiérarchie.
Ces 2 cas, celui de Mankabou assassiné en prison et des jeunes assassinés lors des manifestations doivent être jugés immédiatement !
