Affaire PRODAC : Mamina Daffé entendu ce mardi, Ibrahima Cissé attendu demain
There's movement in the PRODAC case: the former coordinator of the Community Agricultural Domains Program, Mamina Daffé, will be questioned this Tuesday by the judge of the first investigating chamber regarding an alleged hole of 682 million CFA francs in the management of the program, reports L'Observateur in its edition today.
Prosecuted for embezzlement of public funds, forgery and money laundering, Daffé is implicated by an expert report which revealed serious irregularities in PRODAC's accounting between 2017 and 2018.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, it will be the turn of his alleged accomplice, Ibrahima Cissé, to be questioned. His company, Tida, is accused of overcharging for equipment transit services to the tune of 1.3 billion CFA francs, while the actual value of the services was estimated at 637 million.
Placed in custody since November 11, 2024, the two men dispute the accusations. Mamina Daffé blames her predecessor and his superiors, the same source rewinds.

Ousmane Sonko nous parlait de détournement pas de surfacturation sur prestation de transit... Mais bon on a l'habitude de plusieurs versions avec tonton Ousmane.
