Confrontation sous haute tension : Babacar Dioum accuse El Hadj Demba d'être le vrai "Kocc Barma"
The confrontation between El Hadji Babacar Dioum and El Hadji Assane Demba, held on August 25, 2025, before the senior investigating judge of the Dakar High Court, was marked by intense tension. Babacar Dioum, arrested first by the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC), is being prosecuted for criminal conspiracy, blackmail, child pornography, extortion, falsification of administrative documents, money laundering, and dissemination of immoral content.
El Hadji Assane Demba, presumed to be "Leuk Daour", arrested a few days later at Blaise Diagne International Airport, faces charges of illegal photomontage, dissemination of personal and intimate data, pedophilia and extortion.
According to Seneweb, during this confrontation, Babacar Dioum, presented as "Kocc Barma," accused Assane Demba of being the real instigator, claiming that the latter had sold him a site in 2020. Assane Demba firmly rejected these allegations, denying being "Kocc." He confirmed that he had sold a site to Dioum in 2020, but insisted: "Selling a site is not a crime." He also clarified that the Seneporno site had been active since 2017.
Demba added that he himself had been threatened by "Kocc Barma," who had allegedly contacted him in the past to blackmail him by threatening to publish on Seneporno. He said he begged Dioum to spare him, citing his recent marriage and his attempt to rebuild his life in Europe, revealing his criminal record.
In the face of these cross-accusations, the question of the identity of the real "Kocc Barma" remains unresolved. The ongoing investigation will clarify the respective roles of the two accused. To be continued.
