« Dahira financé par des lobbies Lgbt » : un homme arrêté pour diffamation
Seydina Laye Diène, 34, who described himself as a plumber, was brought before the public prosecutor by the Special Cybersecurity Division (DSC) for defamation, immoral remarks and insults towards a group.
According to Libération, which relayed the information, he is accused of having published on social networks, via several anonymous accounts, serious and unfounded attacks against Serigne Idrissa Thiaw and the dahira "Akh-lou Lahi" of Cambérène.
He accused them of being funded by LGBT lobbies and insinuated that Serigne Idrissa Thiaw had caused the death of the late Cherif Ousseynoy Lahi through mystical practices. These remarks led to a complaint and his arrest.
