Haute Cour de justice : Moustapha Diop attendu pour une nouvelle confrontation

Former Minister of Industrial Development and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Moustapha Diop, will again appear before the High Court of Justice's Investigating Committee. According to Seneweb, the mayor of Louga will be brought in tomorrow, Wednesday, November 26, to be confronted by Mariata Basse, a supplier named as a witness in the case.

The commission wishes to clarify the ambiguities surrounding the management of certain contracts and services awarded during Moustapha Diop's tenure. Investigators intend to gather testimony from businesswoman Mariata Basse, who also benefited from a contract.

So far, the various witnesses who have confronted Moustapha Diop have maintained their initial statements and the charges against him. Drivers, managers, suppliers, and collaborators have appeared before the commission, each providing their version of the truth about Mr. Diop's practices regarding the supply of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic.
