Haute Cour de Justice : Moustapha Diop confronté à des témoins ce mercredi
Former minister and mayor of Louga, Moustapha Diop, will face witnesses before the High Court of Justice this Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
According to information gathered by Seneweb, the High Court, presided over by the First President of the Court of Appeal of Dakar, Abdoulaye Ba, ordered yesterday the extraction of Moustapha Diop from the Rebeuss detention and correction center for this hearing.
His lawyers have also been notified.
The former Minister of Industrial Development and Industries is being prosecuted before the investigating commission for the alleged embezzlement of several hundred million CFA francs related to the management of funds allocated to the fight against Covid-19. He will face prosecution witnesses.
