Incitation à la consommation de kush : L’influenceur Pathé « Souss » jugé lundi prochain
Referred by the research brigade of the Keur Massar gendarmerie company for inciting debauchery, particularly through the promotion of drug consumption (kush) on social networks, the famous influencer Pathé Ba, 33 years old, alias "Pathé Souss", was placed under arrest warrant.
According to Seneweb sources, he will appear in court on Monday, November 10, 2025, before the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court.
Very popular on TikTok, where he had built a solid following thanks to his viral videos, Pathé Souss regularly posted content deemed indecent, in which he encouraged the consumption of hard drugs commonly known as “souss”. His posts, massively shared from his account “Pathe221Ramsess”, eventually attracted the attention of investigators from the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade.
During his arrest, the police asked him to reveal the origin of the drugs he was showing off in his videos. The influencer agreed to cooperate, placing an order for 10 grams of "souss" (a local term for cannabis) with a man named Cheikh. But during the delivery, the dealer, who arrived on a motorcycle, reportedly sensed an ambush and fled before turning off his phone.
