Pool judiciaire financier : L’audition au fond du fils de l’ancien PM Amadou Ba et de ses co-inculpés programmée

The investigation launched following the CENTIF report will reach a decisive turning point at the beginning of December. According to Seneweb, after the hearing of artist Waly Seck, scheduled for December 2, 2025, the judge of the 1st chamber of the Financial Judicial Pool (PJF) will conduct a substantive hearing on December 3 with Ibrahima Ba, son of former Prime Minister Amadou Ba. His driver, Cheikh Tidiane Seck, will be questioned the following day. As for businessman Saliou Sylla, his hearing is scheduled for December 5.

The three accused were placed under arrest warrant on September 19, 2025 for criminal association and money laundering involving an amount of 5.5 billion CFA francs.
