TGI Thiès : un berger et son neveu devant le tribunal pour le vol de quatre chèvres
The case opposing shepherd M. Kâ, 38 years old, and his nephew S. Kâ, 18 years old, to their neighbor K. Sall, for the theft of four goats, was called this Friday before the Court of flagrant offenses of Thiès.
In court, the two defendants categorically denied any involvement in this case.
However, during the preliminary investigation, the nephew S. Kâ admitted to the acts and accused his uncle of being behind the theft. The latter, for his part, confirmed these statements.
For its part, the civil party indicated that the goats have still not been found. It also stated that S. Kâ had declared he abandoned the animals after hearing rumors about the theft.
The court adjourned the case until February 20, 2026 for pleadings.
