Chambre criminelle de Louga : Un professeur de Maths/SVT condamné à 20 ans de prison ferme et à une amende de 5 millions F CFA pour viol sur son élève de 15 ans
The criminal chamber of the Louga High Court sentenced math and biology teacher I. Diouf to 20 years in prison and ordered him to pay 5 million CFA francs in damages to the plaintiff. Held in pretrial detention at the Louga prison since May 15, 2023, he is accused of rape by his 15-year-old student, ON, whom he tutored at his home while his two wives were away.
The events date back to May 11, 2023, in Dahra Djoloff. Mr. I. Diouf (41 years old), an employee at the former CEM1 high school in Dahra, is accused of rape by O. Niang, a 15-year-old student in the 9th grade at the same school. The accused was tutoring his student in his room.
On the afternoon of Thursday, May 11, around 6 p.m., O. Niang was alone with her teacher in the latter's room for an hour of mathematics. According to the victim, the lesson turned into a rape.
After her sexual assault, O. Niang went to the home of the high school principal to tell him what she had just experienced at her teacher's house.
The victim's parents, who live in the Ngueth neighborhood of the Dahra commune, were also informed and took their daughter to the Dahra health center. A complaint was immediately filed against L. Diouf, who was arrested and taken into custody at the Dahra gendarmerie brigade.
When questioned about the charges against him, the professor admitted to having had sexual intercourse with the girl, who he claimed was consenting. He was brought before the Louga prosecutor's office on May 15, 2023, on charges of abduction and rape of a 15-year-old girl.
A conviction that risks putting an end to his professional career.

Si une affaire de q....nécessite 20 ans de prison ,pourquoi d autres actes encore plus graves sont si légèrement punies?
Il faut unir en fonction des dommages ( physiques et psychologiques ) causés par le bourreau,et non pas parce que le bourreau est homme et la victime ,une femme.
Si c était une femme professeure qui donnait ce genre de cours "particuliers" à un garçon de 15 ans,c est claire et net qu elle n aurait pas écopé de 10 ans.
Y en a marre de la justice à 2 balle,sélective et fondée sur le Genre,cette émanation sataniste occidentale.
Que les autres se rendent justice eux memes quoiqu il en coute
