Injures et insanités envers les institutions, autorités de la République… : la mise en garde du Cnra
The National Audiovisual Regulatory Council (CNRA) has issued another warning. It stated that it has recently observed a surge in insults, obscenities, and disrespectful and irreverent remarks directed at institutions, authorities of the Republic, religious figures, and citizens, as well as the dissemination of content likely to threaten national cohesion and stability. It felt it necessary to issue this warning.
"Faced with these serious shortcomings in a context where increased responsibility and vigilance are particularly expected of the media, the National Audiovisual Regulatory Council calls on audiovisual media, regardless of the technology used and the method of broadcasting, to put an end to these shortcomings which constitute serious violations of the regulations," it said in its press release published this Thursday, November 27.
The regulator reminds audiovisual media outlets that, regardless of the broadcasting platform, they are accountable and responsible for all content broadcast on their channels and platforms, in accordance with their terms of reference. Therefore, failure to comply with this warning exposes the audiovisual media outlets concerned to the sanctions provided for by the regulations, it states.

Depuis longtemps le PM est attaqué, insulté sans que la CNRA ne se prononce.
