Voilà quelqu'un qui aurait pû nous aider comme Ministre de l'économie des finances juste après l'avènement du nouveau régime. Bizarrement c'était la première personnalité " étrangère " et nationale reçue par le Président Diomaye à quelques jours de son accession au pouvoir. Pourquoi d'ailleurs ? Wade l'avait nommé premier Ministre des Finances après son accession au pouvoir en Mars 2000. Mais vite congédié par le " plus grand Agrégé de l'Afrique du Nord au Sud" , Monsieur connait tout. Moctar Devrait pouvoir jouer un grand rôle en tant que Directeur du FMI, même s'il a pris sa retraite. Un grand économiste ne prend jamais de retraite et quel économiste. Reviens nous Moctar !
