Prolongation du mandat du CNG : La réaction de Gris Bordeaux
The president of the Senegalese Wrestling Association, Gris Bordeaux, does not appear surprised by the Minister of Sports' decision to extend the mandate of the National Wrestling Committee (CNG) president until the members of the Senegalese Wrestling Federation (FSL) board are installed. "The Minister has decided to extend the CNG's mandate until the end of December, pending the installation of the Federation. Time has, once again, proven us right," said Gris Bordeaux.
Having expressed his disagreement from the outset with the creation of a wrestling federation, Gris Bordeaux believes there is a rush to do so without prior preparation. "Nothing justifies such haste. Establishing a structure as important as the Senegalese Wrestling Federation requires serious preparation, over a period of at least two to three years. Trying to finalize everything in a few months can only lead to difficulties," stated Gris Bordeaux.
