Nuit sacrée de Prières : L’ARCBD organise son premier « GAMOU » à Dakar
The Association of Residents of the Commune of Balingore (ARCBD) announces the holding of the first edition of its "GAMOU", a major spiritual event placed under the central theme of "SOCIAL COHESION" in Islam.
This large gathering will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., on the SICAP MBAO football field, located opposite the hospital. This inaugural event aims to bring together the sons and daughters of the Balingore Commune residing in Dakar, as well as the faithful from Casamance and throughout Senegal, around faith, brotherhood, and the strengthening of community ties.
The night will be punctuated by religious chants (Zikr) performed by the choral groups of the commune, and by interventions from several scholars and preachers from Balingore, including: Elhadj Imam Dembo SANE (Balingore), Elhadj Imam Boubacar Malang SANE (Bagaya), and Elhadj Oustaz Fa Oumar DIEDHIOU (Mandégane).
The ARCBD is honored to place this first edition under the high patronage of Dr. Sékouna Diatta, Mayor of the Municipality of Mangagoulack. The event also benefits from the warm support of its patrons, Mrs. Khady Bodian Sané and Mrs. Khady Sané, whose community and spiritual commitment is widely recognized.
The ceremony will also welcome distinguished guests, including the Honorable Member of Parliament Bacary Diedhiou, Dr. Youssouph Sane, Mayor of Balingore, and Mr. Aliou Beye, Mayor of Diamaguène SICAP Mbao. The ARCBD cordially invites the media, the faithful, and the entire public to participate in large numbers in this blessed evening.

Je fais un constat rek nak . Qui eut crû que Touba et ses Serignes seraient devenus presque "discrets" sur ce cite? Ils ont presque ",disparu"., nioom niou doon agacés par leur omniprésence.
