Accident à la sortie de la Patte d’Oie : Un bouchon de 3 km perturbe la circulation
Traffic was severely disrupted on Monday, April 13, 2026, around 10:00 AM, at the Patte d'Oie exit, heading towards Dakar. The cause was an accident involving a public transport vehicle and a motorcycle, which occurred near the Mariama Niasse school.
According to a press release issued by Autoroute de l'Avenir, the incident caused a significant slowdown in traffic, with a traffic jam of nearly 3 km in this strategic area of the motorway.
Motorists using this section of road have been urged to exercise caution and patience while awaiting the gradual return of traffic. Authorities assure that they are closely monitoring the situation and promise to keep road users informed of traffic developments.
