Accusation de corruption contre un policier : Adama Adus Fall entre les mains de la SU de Guédiawaye
Sentenced on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 to three months in prison with a suspended sentence and a fixed fine of 100,000 CFA francs, Adama Adus Fall is once again involved in another legal saga.
Indeed, the web TV commentator is in the hands of the urban security police at the central police station in Guédiawaye.
“I am currently in the premises of the central police station of Guédiawaye. I am being prosecuted for discrediting the police institution. I specify that what I said about this case constitutes facts that occurred during my arrest on the night of March 18, 2026,” he wrote on his WhatsApp status.
His latest arrest follows comments he made on Source A TV. Recounting the circumstances of his first arrest for driving without a license, Adama Fall accused a police officer of demanding money from him to let him continue on his way without any problems.
Following this alleged attempted bribery case, the authorities have ordered an investigation.
According to Seneweb sources, the APR activist could be presented to prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office, next Monday unless there is a change of plans.
