AGEROUTE : Le DRH dénonce un protocole de 4 milliards F CFA signé sans aval ministériel
Tensions are rising within AGEROUTE (the road management agency). During his media appearance, the director of human resources, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiam, accused the director general, Moustapha Fall, of having signed a protocol committing the State of Senegal to the tune of approximately 4 billion CFA francs without prior validation from the Ministry of Infrastructure.
According to the HR Director, this approach constitutes a violation of administrative procedures and governance rules that govern the financial commitments of a strategic public structure like AGEROUTE.
Sheikh Ahmed Tidiane Thiam claims to have already raised internal concerns about several decisions that he considers contrary to regulatory texts.
This case comes amid strong internal tensions marked by accusations of abuse of power, opaque management and violations of administrative procedures within the agency.
