AIBD SA : ça chauffe entre la direction et les travailleurs
AIBD SA workers have formed a "united front" to denounce the deterioration of their working conditions and oppose management. Their main grievances concern: opaque management and a lack of social dialogue, the lack of wage harmonization and the elimination of certain social benefits, the non-renewal of numerous fixed-term contracts despite new recruitment, as well as the unilateral allocation of new health insurance without consultation, according to L'AS.
To make their voices heard by the public and the authorities, the united front, composed of trade unionists and resource persons, announced the holding of a press conference this Tuesday, September 23 in Yoff, reports the same source.

Les travailleurs ont mis à bas tous nos établissements publics. Ils sont en surnombre partout et on les voit trainer les pieds de gauche à droite. Il faut sévir et ne pas renouveler certains contrats en évitant des masses salariales énormes et lourdes à supporter.
