APROSI : Le DG Amadou Guèye visé par une plainte pour diffamation et dénonciation calomnieuse
A new legal case pits the CEO of the Industrial Sites Promotion Agency (APROSI), Amadou Guèye, against the former director of Regional Sites, Aly Fary Ndiaye. The latter has filed a complaint with the Special Cybercrime Division for defamation and malicious denunciation. According to the terms of the complaint filed by his lawyer, Mr. Abdy Nar Ndiaye, the former executive, dismissed on July 7, 2025, accuses his former superior of having attacked his honor through an official press release dated July 8, 2025, entitled: "Clarification relating to the situation of Mr. Aly Fary Ndiaye."
This document, widely circulated on social media, accuses the former director of having transmitted false information to the press and of having adopted a posture of defiance towards his superiors. According to the lawyer, in the press release, Mr. Amadou Guèye accused his client without any basis. Worse, he discredited himself and the Agency, by transmitting false information to the press and adopting an attitude of defiance and aggression towards the superiors as well as certain colleagues.
According to the complaint, following the publication of an article by journalist Thioro Mandela containing unfounded accusations against the Director-General and some of his colleagues, a summons was sent to the journalist, followed by a complaint to the Special Cybercrime Division. During her hearing, Thioro Mandela admitted to having relayed erroneous information. She apologized to the Director-General of APROSI, also admitting that she had no evidence to support her accusations.
Furthermore, the journalist quickly denied the information in a Facebook post on July 9, 2025. Thioro Mandela denied knowing Aly Fary Ndiaye and rejected any involvement of the latter in his article. For Me Abdy Nar Ndiaye, this element demonstrates that his client was the victim of a deliberate smear campaign, intended to tarnish his image and sully his reputation.

On a meme appris qu'il est toujours au bureau a midi et travaille un jour sur 2...Ensuite il s'appelle bien Amadou Ngom Gueye a l'état civil ne le 14 Juin 1969 A Dakar.. il a trompé la vigilance du Président de Bonne fois car c est pourquoi dans le décret on a mis Amadou Gueye...
Il faut attaquer me décret a cause de sa condamné de 6 mois sur l'affaire Seudin
Et même.le.miinistte Serigne Gueye Diop ne cessait de l'appeler au début son magistere pour lui demander des infos sur cq et envoyer même des gens vis son chef de cabinet.
C est ce qui a fait peur a cercle de DG et au DG ..
Mais la justice est là pour tout le monde.. il a diffamer et a détourné l argent de l'aprosi avec un véhicule qui coûte 4Millions 700 mille par mois plus 500 litres d essence auxquels il n'a pas droit ..
Ensuite il dit que le palais Présidentiel appartient a son grand père many Waaww..
Un jour il a dit que s'il TOMBE le ministre TOMBE avec lui..
Il l'a juste trompé le ministre qui a aussi de bonne foie conduit le Président et son PM en erreur..
Mais pour donner un exemple au autres DG du nouveau régime il faut vraiment le sanctionner et le dégommer.
