The French Directorate General of Taxes and Estates (DGID) has just responded to the cyberattack it suffered. In a press release sent to Seneweb, it announced the temporary unavailability of its online services.
"This interruption is linked to an identified technical problem, for which preventive security measures were immediately taken in order to contain the situation and strengthen the protection of the infrastructure," explains the Dgid.
However, it assures that "the situation is under control and all measures are in place to ensure a complete restoration of the network." The Directorate General of Taxes and Estates adds that a service continuity plan is being implemented to minimize the impact on users.
"Thus, all service requests and all payment transactions can be carried out at our counters against the issuance of secure receipts," she says.
