Bounkiling : Désillusion autour d'une ferme de 15 ha
In Bona, a commune located in the Bounkiling department, there is great disillusionment among the population regarding the 15-hectare Anida farm. Financed to the tune of 120 million CFA francs, it had 
raised a lot of hope among the locals, because the farm was supposed to ensure, on the one hand, food self-sufficiency and, on the other hand, to keep young people who were candidates for illegal emigration in the region.
But six years after its implementation, the site is abandoned. The reasons: unfinished work and the breakdown of certain facilities, reports Mayor Ibrahima Diedhiou, who wants the project to resume by rehabilitating the infrastructure.

L'approche communautaire avec une responsabilite partagee ne marche pas le plus souvent, les efforts et engagements ne sont pas equitables contrairement aux retombees. Quand une panne survient par exemple certains ne veulent pas contribuer, laissant la responsabilite a d'autres membres. Il faut toujours bien definir les responsabilites a travers un contrat ou protocole qui engage tous les membres. Il y'a une dépendance excessive aux financements extérieurs sans mécanismes de durabilité. Plutot promouvoir les initiatives privees individuelles en cours pour les renforcer.
