Bus de sénégalais présumé disparu au Mali : Le Consulat du Sénégal à Abidjan explique ce qui s’est réellement passé !
The Senegalese Consulate General in Côte d'Ivoire has just officially reacted to the case of the bus transporting Senegalese citizens to Touba, which is said to have disappeared in Mali.
In his information note reviewed by Seneweb, he explains that it was on August 1, 2025, that the driver of the vehicle, Baye LO, presented himself at the Consulate General to request the establishment of a verbal note. This was in order to obtain a recommendation from the Consulate General of Mali in Abidjan. He declared that he was carrying 52 passengers, for a departure scheduled for Sunday, August 3, 2025.
"As soon as the information was broadcast in the media, several compatriots reported that the bus in question had suffered two technical breakdowns during the journey, respectively in Adjamé and Yamoussoukro," the Consulate informs in its information note. And after cross-checking, it says, it turned out that the vehicle broke down again, this time on Malian territory.
"Some passengers, contacted by members of the community, were able to reach Senegalese territory by other means. In any case, there was never any question of any jihadist attack targeting a bus transporting Senegalese nationals to Mali," the Consulate General stated.

Au lieu de poursuivre pour diffusions de fausses nouvelles, vous faites donner la bonne nouvelle et le dossier est classé sans suite. Cela ridiculise le diffuseur de la fausse nouvelle et le discrédite devant l'opinion. Au contraire, si vous le poursuivez, il va se victimiser et offrir une tribune politique aux opposante politiques et créer un élan de confraternité .

Après un grand retard,les autorités devraient rechercher le bus.
Dans ce cas il doit être déclaré disparu avant qu'on ne le retrouve.
