Confédération internationale des alumni de l'ENA/INSP : Dakar, hôte de l’édition 2026
After Berlin this year, the Senegalese capital, Dakar, will host the next General Assembly of the International Confederation of Alumni of ENA/INSP of France, scheduled for November 26-28, 2026.
The announcement was made at the conclusion of the 2025 edition of the General Assembly, which was held in Berlin, Germany, from October 16 to 18, 2025. This meeting brought together representatives of 47 national alumni associations from Europe, Africa, Asia and Canada, as part of the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the creation of the École nationale d'administration (ENA), which became INSP (National Institute of Public Service).
This edition was marked by the confirmation of the Senegalese presidency at the head of the international confederation for a period of one year. This was a recognition of the active role played by the Senegalese Association of Former Students of ENA/INSP (ASENA-INSP) on the international scene.
The choice of Dakar as the host city for the next general assembly is an honor for Senegal. ASENA-INSP intends to mobilize all of its members and seeks the support of public authorities as well as its institutional and private partners to ensure the success of this major event.
On the sidelines of the work, the Senegalese delegation also took part in the European days and several bilateral meetings with the leaders of the confederation, in a dynamic of strengthening the links between the different national sections.
