DER/FJ : Aïda Mbodj traque les mauvais payeurs, un bénéficiaire épinglé à Ziguinchor
In July 2021, Mr. Ndong, a community development officer in Ziguinchor, obtained a loan of 27,849,000 CFA francs from the General Delegation for Rapid Entrepreneurship for Women and Youth (DER/FJ) for the supposed creation of a bakery. The loan was to be repaid over a period of 60 months, but since it was granted, he has only paid 600,000 CFA francs.
Fake bakery project
According to Libération, he was arrested and brought before the prosecutor last week. His arrest follows the extensive legal investigation launched by the general delegate of the DER/FJ, Aïda Mbodj, to recover unpaid public funds.
Several procedures have been opened with the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) and other units in order to compel bad payers to settle their debts, the same source adds.
