DON DE KITS SCOLAIRES DANS LA COMMUNE DE NOTTO DIOBASS : Alioune Sarr fait un don estimé à 12 millions aux écoles publiques
In a national context marked by the search for benchmarks and coherence in public action, Mr. Alioune SARR, Mayor of the Commune of Notto Diobasse, former minister and President of the Alliance for Senegal / Andando Ngir Senegaal party, asserts himself once again as one of the major players in the national political renewal. Between education, political commitment and territorial diplomacy, his action weaves the threads of the same project: To shape a Senegal that educates, produces and builds a human and intelligent industrialization, respectful of the environment, creating sustainable jobs and driven by the dignity, work and vitality of its intelligent territories.
This Monday, October 13, 2025, the Notto Diobasse Town Hall hosted the official ceremony for the handover of school supplies worth twelve million CFA francs (12,000,000 CFA francs) intended for public and private schools in the town.
This annual gesture, highly symbolic, reflects the priority that the Mayor gives to the education of the children of his locality.
In the absence of the Mayor, who was detained by other official obligations, it was Mr. Karim Hanne, President of the Education Commission, who presided over the ceremony, in the presence of the Departmental Inspector of Education, municipal councilors, presidents of parents' associations, teachers,
village chiefs and student representatives.
In his message, Mayor Alioune Sarr recalled that: "Investing in education means investing in the Republic of future citizens. Each notebook, each pen handed out today is a promise made to the youth of Notto Diobasse: that of a dignified and enlightened future."
Just a few days after this ceremony, another major news item marked Alioune SARR's career. By decision No. 022526/MISP/DGAT/DLPL of October 6, 2025, the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security issued the final receipt confirming the legal recognition of the Alliance for Senegal / Andando Ngir Senegaal party.
This new party, founded on a clear ideology of dignity, work, territorial industrialization, and social justice, aims to be the institutional extension of a successful national and local governance experience, driven by the inclusive vision of Mr. Alioune SARR, former minister and Mayor of Notto Diobasse. "The Alliance for Senegal is a movement for political, economic, and social transformation," said President Alioune SARR.
"It proposes a renewed conception of political action, based on responsibility, proximity, and the creation of value in the territories. Our party was born from the desire to restore hope to the Nation, to serve with integrity, and to build a standing, just, and prosperous Senegal, based on its territories, its industries, and its people. We want to open a new horizon where politics once again becomes a mission, and power, a service rendered to the Nation."
This same vision finds a resounding echo through his manifesto book, entitled "La République des Carrés - Notto Diobasse Smart City: Building the Future, Anchoring Prosperity", a true platform for reflection and action on the transformation of African territories.
After a first historic signing on August 3, 2025 at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, the book continues its international tour: Paris, Brussels, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and other African capitals are hosting the Notto Diobasse Smart City Forums, mobilizing researchers, investors, elected officials and members of the diaspora around the same ideal: to create intelligent, sovereign and united territories.
Everywhere, the message is the same:
“Africa must build its cities from its villages, its industries from its land, and its future from its youth.”
Whether it is supporting the students of Notto Diobasse, structuring a modern political training or spreading a thought of territorial transformation on a global scale, Alioune SARR traces a singular furrow in the national landscape.
Its local actions become the mirror of a structured and humanist national vision, where development starts from the territory, politics is based on merit and education prepares for sovereignty.
By uniting concrete action, strategic thinking and political speech, the Mayor, the Author and the President today embody the same ambition: that of a Senegal standing tall, master of its destiny, proud of its territories and confident in its future.

Le don de kits scolaires d'une valeur de 12 millions de F CFA par Alioune Sarr aux écoles de Notto Diobasse est un geste fort et hautement symbolique.
