École Nationale de Police : La 49e promotion impayée pendant 21 mois
MP Guy Marius Sagna has received a response from the government regarding the administrative and financial situation of the students of the 49th class of the National Police School, following his written question of September 15, 2025.
The response, transmitted by the Minister of the Interior, Mouhamadou Bamba Cissé, revealed that the Visa Office of the Payroll Directorate rejected the draft decree granting final admission to the 49th graduating class. This rejection is the direct cause of the students' registration being blocked in the Ministry of Finance's payroll system, thus preventing them from receiving their salaries.
The Minister of the Interior confirmed that student registration has still not been completed. He nevertheless assured that all administrative steps to resolve this issue have been initiated.
MP Guy Marius Sagna expressed his outrage at this situation, pointing out that the students of the 49th graduating class went 21 months without being paid. He deemed it unacceptable that these "fathers, mothers, and breadwinners" had been deprived of their salaries for such a long period.
The parliamentarian expresses his solidarity with the students and assures that he will follow up until their payment is made as soon as possible.
