Brought before the Linguère police station on Monday morning for acts against nature, Ndiaga Seck was formally charged and remanded in custody by the investigating judge of the Louga High Court, according to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb. The 51-year-old politician thus spent his first night in Louga Central Prison. He has already been placed in his cell.

As a reminder, the political figure was arrested last Friday in Dakar by the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC), as part of the execution of a search warrant and an objection to leaving the national territory issued by investigators from the urban police station of Linguère.

After initially denying the allegations, Ndiaga Seck eventually admitted to being a suspected homosexual. However, he tried to convince the police that he had already moved on. During his interrogation, he provided the identities of about ten alleged partners.
