Officers from the Grand-Yoff district police station arrested four individuals for conspiracy, attempted murder, assault and battery, and the use of pepper spray and bladed weapons. The incident occurred on Tuesday, November 25, around 4:00 p.m., when two brothers and their sister went to the police station to file an emergency report, showing visible injuries to their faces. During questioning, the two brothers stated that an individual, accompanied by a group of about ten people, had come to their home in the Patte d'Oie housing project on November 23, 2025. They allegedly kidnapped the older brother and took him to the criminal network known as "Bronson," located in the Darou neighborhood, to demand a stolen motorcycle.

For hours, they beat him, forced him to inhale asphyxiating gas, and injured his face with blunt objects. His brother, who had intervened to rescue him, was also mistreated and injured in the head before they released them.

The next day, the same group returned and this time threatened them with death if the motorcycle was not found within the next few hours.

This final threat forced the family to contact the police for intervention. The detectives' investigation led to the arrest of four members, including the ringleader.

When questioned, they admitted to the acts of violence against the brothers, but denied any intention of harming them. They simply explained that they acted to recover their stolen motorcycle, which they suspected one of the brothers had stolen.

They have been taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing.
