In a more demanding economic context, many people are now looking for solutions to better manage their budget during this month, which is often marked by high expenses.
In neighborhood conversations and exchanges of tips and advice, one name keeps coming up: Orange Money . "My neighbor Nogaye was the first to tell me about it," says Mother Aicha Dione. "I was skeptical at first, but her son Modou had already been explaining to her for a while that money transfers are free with Orange Money, as are bill payments and payments at shops.
