L’Intersyndicale de l’Administration et la F2S annoncent trois jours de grève nationale totale

The Inter-Union of the Administration, in coalition with the Federation of Health Unions (F2S), announced the launch of its 6th National Action Plan, marking a new stage in the fight to defend the rights and dignity of public administration agents.

In a public statement, the trade union organizations denounce the State's failure to respect its commitments and call for a general mobilization across the entire national territory.

Three days of total strike announced

As part of this action plan, a total strike is declared across the entire national territory according to the following schedule:

• Monday, December 29, 2025: total strike in the primary sector, including Agriculture, Livestock and Fishing;

• Tuesday, December 30, 2025: total strike across the entire national territory, concerning the primary sector and the Federation of Health Unions (F2S);

• Wednesday, December 31, 2025: continuation of the total strike across the entire national territory for the same sectors.

This mobilization concerns several key areas of the administration, including agriculture, fishing, livestock farming, justice, health, commerce, administrative drivers and other public services.

A central demand: respect for the word of the State

According to union officials, this action is primarily aimed at forcing the government to honor its commitments to public sector workers.

"This is a fight for dignity, respect for acquired rights and the credibility of the State in the eyes of its agents," they emphasize.

An unambiguous slogan

The signatory organizations conclude their statement with a strong slogan:

“Forcing the government to respect its word given,” recalling that, according to them, “only struggle liberates.”

This new phase of union mobilization looks set to be decisive and could have a significant impact on the functioning of several strategic sectors of the country on the eve of the end of the year.

Il faut les remplacer tous. Tout le budget du Sénégal leur est destiné. Ils sont corrompus et travaillent pas. Profitez de cette grève pour remplacer tous ceux qui sont inutiles. Il y a une pléthore de diplômés chômeurs. Qu'ils creusent leurs propres tombes.

Ces énergumènes ne méritent pas de travailler dans la santé. Un peu de respect pour ceux qui sont souffrants. La vie humaine est sacrée. Le ministre devrait les réquisitionnés avec l'aide des gouverneurs et sanctionnés les absents.

Bravo à la cbao et la société d’eau, pour avoir agi avec fermeté contre des syndicalistes extrémistes, aux motivations inavouées, qui voulaient paralyser leurs sociétés. L’Etat doit être fort et licencier tous ces meneurs irresponsables qui sont pour la plupart de l’ancien système qui ont fait recruter leurs parents et amis. Tout le monde sait comment se faisaient les recrutements dans l’administration, et il suffirait d’un bilan de compétences pour mettre à la porte beaucoup d’entre eux, sans diplômes ni qualifications, au moment où nombreux sont les jeunes diplômés du supérieur et des écoles professionnelles qui ne peuvent même pas décrocher un stage. Il y a un problème d’autorité dans ce pays, sinon comment expliquer un tel chantage dans cette période difficile que traverse le Sénégal ? Où est le nationalisme, l’amour pour son pays, le respect des usagers ?
